Students

1. A new, non-required field, 'Enrollment Reason Left' was added to the student class enrollment record in Release 2017.6.0.  This field has now been added to the student group enrollment record.  This allows you to indicate the reason a student did not complete a group enrollment. The choice list for this field is found at Agency Settings->Choice Lists->ClassReasonLeft, and may be edited for your agency.  The field can also be added to the view at the All Students Enrollments area. 

2. The Fiscal Year Summary Schedule button has been removed from the 'Create Fiscal Year Summaries' window at the student area. The button was removed because:

   • The number of student records that can be manually updated has been changed from 200 to 500, allowing users to more efficiently update FY summaries themselves.

   • Fiscal Year Summaries are updated automatically on a regular schedule in each ABE state.  To see the schedule for your state, please go to the User News Page.

Reports

1. The NRS reports that display at the Report Manager may only be run for fiscal years 2015-2016 and before. The reports have NOT been updated to include the WIOA changes and should not be run for 2016-2017 or later.  Use the NRS searches instead.  The searches are available for all fiscal years 

2. The following fields were added to the Student: Employment including Occupation and Keyword report: 'Earnings,' 'Earnings Period,' 'Earnings Number Hours,' 'Quarterly Earnings.'  The field 'Employment End Date' was removed. 

Dashboard

1. Additional alerts have been added to the Dashboard widget 'Student Alerts' for finding students eligible for followup. 

All Hours 

1. All Hours has been added under the 'More' area. 

Fixes/Updates

1. Table 10 was updated to fix a drill down issue - the number of students displaying on the list after drilling down in a cell did not match the number on the search.  This has been corrected. 

2. All Date field searches at the criteria builder have been updated to allow searching with the = operator.

3. The Criteria Builder has been updated to allow you to search Boolean field (those fields with a Yes/No selection, such as 'Completed Level' or fields that display a Yes/No value, such as the Outcome Measure fields at the PoP Summary/Measurable Outcomes panel in the student record)  for Yes, No, No Value, or Blank (null).

1. Updates have been made to PoP assessments.

   1. PoPs have been updated to cross fiscal years.
