Fixes/Updates
Student
1. The student Current Fiscal Year filter criteria has been updated so that students who count on Table 2a will be part of the current fiscal year list of students. To be included, students must:
Have >0 instruct hours in the current fiscal year
OR
Have an overall status of Prospective, Waiting, Enrolled, or Waitlist (Partial Intake)
NOTE: Waitlist (Partial Intake) is a customized overall status and may not display in your state
OR
Have an intake date in the current fiscal year
OR
Have an assessment in the current fiscal year (this includes moved forward assessments)
OR
Have an enroll date in the current fiscal year
AND
The date of first intake is prior to the fiscal year end date of 6/30
NOTE: this means that a new student will not display on the list of current fiscal year students if your state has not rolled over the next fiscal year, but you enter a student with an intake date that is after 6/30.
2. Additional fields have been added to the student assessment grid to track hours since last assessment in all subject areas.
Tutor
1. The tutor Current Fiscal Year filter criteria has been updated to include tutors who had a workshop enrollment in the fiscal year, regardless of overall status.

1. The Last Date Hours Added field at the Class Data tab was displaying a date when records with 0 hours were added. This has been corrected. This field displays the last hours date where hours present greater than 0 were added.
