A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the JCHS PTO, so donโt miss out! Pre-registration is required by October 15th. All players in a bay must check in at the same time.

Join us for a night of family fun at the Jaxco Fall Festival on Tuesday, October 29, from 5-7 PM at Jackson County High School! We're excited to host a Trunk or Treat, and we need your help to make it spooktacular! ๐ป We're looking for volunteers to decorate trunksโbring your creativity and Halloween spirit to delight our trick-or-treaters! Congratulations to Victoria Duarte Pirela!
We are thrilled to announce that Victoria has been selected to serve on State School Superintendent Richard Woodsโ 2024-2025 Student Advisory Council. Out of 1,550 applicants, she was chosen for this incredible honor. We are proud to see her represent Jackson County High School at the state level. Way to go, Victoria!

Jaxco Dance Fall Showcase
The Jaxco Dance Fall Showcase was an incredible success! Our talented dancers put on a stunning display, showcasing the hard work and passion they've poured into the past nine weeks. The audience was treated to captivating performances in ballet, K-Pop, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, and jazz, leaving everyone inspired and amazed by the variety and skill of our dancers.ย

Jackson County High School Work-Based Learning
Arijana Pranjkic, a senior, is enrolled in two morning blocks of Work-Based Learning (WBL) at two different placements: Northeast Georgia Health Systems (NGHS) and Manor Lake. At NGHS, she works in the Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Department at the Braselton facility (pictured). At Manor Lake, Arijana serves as a caregiver in the assisted living unit. Both WBL experiences align with her CTAE Healthcare pathway and support her career aspirations.
JCHS Fiber Arts Club
Do you like working with string?ย Want to learn how to crochet or knit?ย Or have an interest in any kind of craft involving yarn? Then come join the Fiber Arts club Thursdays after school in Room 4204!ย See Ms. K for more info.ย

Key Club
Last week, JCHS Key Club focused on student well-being by sharing important mental health tips. Students received helpful resources through Advisement and school email to support them during challenging times. The goal was to ensure all Panthers thrive in a healthy environment and know that support is always available when needed!

FBLA Meeting
Join us for the next FBLA Meeting on October 16th @ Empower! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come. Meeting lasts until 5 pm. Transportation will be provided from JCHS to Empower. If you can't make it on the 16th, a make-up meeting will be in Mr. Wilson's room #4112 on Lower A, Thursday the 17th @ 7:30 am. Students who will be obtaining their learnerโs permit or driverโs license MUST request their Certificate of School Enrollment (COE) and Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (ADAP) BEFORE you go to your appointment.
