🎃 Jaxco Fall Festival 🎃

Join us for a night of family fun at the Jaxco Fall Festival on Tuesday, October 29, from 5-7 PM at Jackson County High School! We're excited to host a Trunk or Treat, and we need your help to make it spooktacular! 👻 We're looking for volunteers to decorate trunks—bring your creativity and Halloween spirit to delight our trick-or-treaters! Scholastic Images, our official supplier for Letter Jackets, Class Rings, Caps & Gowns, Graduation Announcements, Senior Swag will be on campus at Jackson County on Friday, October 18th during lunch, so don’t miss out placing your orders for:

Letter Jacket Orders for any student who has earned a letter!
- Bring proof that you earned your letter (actual award letter or certificate) and a $150 deposit to get the order started!
- We’ll custom size you and walk you through the rest!

Class Ring Orders for any junior or senior!
- Bring payment in full for the Mascot Ring Special ($337)!
- Bring $100 deposit for Ultrium metal or $200 deposit for all other metals!
- We’ll custom size you and walk you through the rest!

Seniors, pay your Jackson County Senior Dues (which includes your Cap/Gown/Tassel) and check it off your list!
- Payment required in full at time of order. (Cash, Check, or Card with $4.95 processing fee)

It's early, but it's time to start planning for final exams! The Semester 1 Final Exam Schedule includes course-specific End-of-Course tests and final exams, which will take place on December 17th and 18th. Please note that there will be no early release on these days.

Congratulations to Francisco Francisco Felipe! Francisco is the 7 Mindsets Student Hero of the Month for October, recognized for living out the Passion First mindset!

Here's what his nominating teacher had to say: "No matter the challenge, Francisco gives 100%. He is such a hard worker and never complains, no matter how difficult the task. His goal is to graduate high school, and he is working hard towards that goal."

Here’s what a colleague shared about Ms. Peterson: "Ms. Peterson is a passionate educator who helps students discover their strengths and develop their talents. She encourages them to explore their gifts, especially through Dramatic Writing, and empowers them to take action on important issues through her leadership in the Environmental Club. She truly believes in the potential of every student to pursue their dreams and overcome challenges."

Students who will be obtaining their learner’s permit or driver’s license MUST request their Certificate of School Enrollment (COE) and Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (ADAP) BEFORE you go to your appointment.
