Work-Based Learning Spotlight
JCHS senior Ilona Volozhanina is currently serving as a high school intern at Jackson EMC (JEMC), participating in the Work-Based Learning (WBL) program for two afternoon blocks. She successfully completed both the Business Entrepreneurship and Healthcare Pharmacy CTAE pathways, earning Industry Certifications in each. At JEMC, Ilona contributes to the Corporate Marketing & Membership Services Department and will continue her role through the summer following graduation before beginning her studies at Gwinnett Tech in the fall. Jackson EMC offers an outstanding internship program for both high school and college students, led by Robin Daniels and Jordan Graham. Notably, JCHS is proud to have two college interns and two full-time employees at JEMC who began their careers through the WBL program and graduated in 2024. Certificate of Enrollment
Attention Students: Planning to Get Your Learner’s Permit or Driver’s License This Summer?
