Phone numbers in HRGP are used for:
Sending SMS messages to applicants
Managing communication with candidates
Tracking message and conversation history
Keeping hiring communication organized
The Phone Numbers page allows your organization to manage phone numbers used for communication within HRGP.
These numbers are used for text messaging, candidate communication, and other system interactions. Each number can be assigned to a specific employee so messages and conversations are organized and easy to manage.

Tools → Phone Numbers
To begin using texting and phone communication in HRGP, you must first purchase a phone number.
To purchase a number:
Go to Tools → Phone Numbers.
Click Purchase Number.
Select the phone number you want to use.
Assign the number to an employee if needed.
Confirm the purchase.
Once the number is purchased, it will appear in your Phone Numbers list.
The Phone Numbers page allows you to view and manage all phone numbers associated with your organization.
For each phone number, you can see:
Phone Number
Assigned Employee Email
Date Purchased
Release Date (if applicable)
This helps you track which employees are assigned to specific phone numbers.
Phone numbers can be assigned to employees so they can communicate with candidates and contacts using HRGP.
Assigning numbers helps ensure:
Conversations are properly tracked
Messages appear under the correct user
Communication history remains organized
If a phone number is no longer needed, it can be released from your organization’s account.
When a number is released:
The number is removed from your organization’s account.
It will no longer be available for texting or communication in HRGP
Assign phone numbers to employees who regularly communicate with candidates or applicants.
Keep communication organized by using dedicated numbers for hiring conversations.
Review phone numbers periodically and release numbers that are no longer needed.
