On the Payment Methods page you can:
Add new payment cards
View saved cards
Set a primary payment method
Remove outdated cards
Manage billing backup methods
The Payment Methods page lets you control how your HRGP subscription and related charges are paid. All billing-related payments are processed using the cards saved here.
You can store multiple cards and designate one as your primary or secondary payment method.
Tools → Payment Methods
To add a new card:
Click Add Card
Enter your card details
Save the card to your account
Once added, the card will appear in your list of saved payment methods.
HRGP securely stores payment information and never displays full card numbers.
Each saved payment method displays:
The last four digits of the card number
The cardholder name
The expiration date
The status (Primary or Secondary)
This allows you to easily identify and manage your cards without exposing sensitive information.
Primary cards are used by default for billing
Secondary cards are kept on file as backups or for future use
If your primary card fails, HRGP may attempt to charge a secondary card to avoid service interruption.
From the Payment Methods page, you can:

Keeping your payment methods up to date helps prevent billing issues.
Payment Methods are used in conjunction with your billing plan and invoices.
To view:
Charges
Billing history
Subscription details
Navigate to Invoices & Subscription from the main menu.
Full card numbers are never displayed
Payment information is stored securely
HRGP does not share payment details with other users
Only authorized users with billing access can manage payment methods.
Always keep at least one valid payment method on file
Update cards before they expire
Use a secondary card as a backup
Review payment methods if billing issues occur
