The Employee Invitations page allows you to invite employees to access HRGP and track the status of each invitation. Employees only gain access after accepting their secure invitation.
This page shows all employee invitations that have been sent from your account, including:
Who has been invited
When the invitation was sent
When the invitation expires
The current status of each invitation
You can use this page to resend, manage, or cancel invitations as needed.
To invite a new employee:
Click Invite Employees
Enter the employee’s email address
Send the invitation
The employee will receive an email with a secure link to create their HRGP account.
Each invitation will show one of the following statuses:
The invitation has been sent but has not been acted upon.
The employee created their account and is awaiting activation.
The employee has been activated and notified by email. They can now access HRGP based on their assigned role.
The invitation was not accepted before the 48-hour expiration date and is no longer valid.
Invitations automatically expire for security reasons
The expiration date is shown for each invite
If an invite expires, you can resend a new invitation at any time
From the Actions column, you can:
Resend an invitation
Cancel or remove an invitation
Any changes take effect immediately.
Double-check email addresses before sending invitations
Resend invitations if an employee does not receive the email
Remove expired or unused invitations regularly
Employee didn’t receive the invite?
Ask them to check spam or junk folders
Confirm the email address is correct
Resend the invitation if needed
Employee says they can’t see anything after logging in?
Verify the role and permissions assigned to them
Update their role if access needs to change

The Employee Invitations page helps you onboard employees quickly while keeping your account secure and organized.
💡 Tip: Once an employee accepts their invitation and is activated, they will appear in the Employees section under EMS.
