The Landing Page Builder lets you create professional, mobile-friendly job landing pages that showcase your company and open roles. These pages are designed to convert visitors into applicants and stay automatically synced with your job postings.

You can start from a pre-built template, build from a blank slate, and fully customize your page using the Landing Page Editor.

Landing Page Builder Overview

From the Landing Page Builder, you can:

• Create new landing pages

• Choose from built-in templates

• Start from a blank page

• View and manage saved templates

This screen is where you decide how to start building your landing page.

Templates & Blank Pages

Built-In Templates

HRGP includes three ready-to-use templates that provide a starting layout for your landing page.

• Modern Professional – Clean and polished, ideal for established brands

• Minimalist Clean – Simple and fast, optimized for mobile users

• Bold Startup – High-impact layout with strong calls to action

Click Use Template to begin customizing.

Blank Slate

Choose Blank Slate if you want full control over your layout.

• Starts with no sections

• Ideal for advanced or custom designs

• Best when building a fully customized landing page

Managing Templates

Under My Templates, you can:

• View previously created landing pages

• Edit existing templates

• Reuse templates for new roles

• Maintain consistent branding

Landing Page Editor Overview

Once you select a template or blank page, you’ll enter the Landing Page Editor.

At the top of the editor, you’ll find:

• Add Section – Insert a new section

• Edit – Enable inline content editing

• Split – Divide supported sections into columns

• Preview – See the page as candidates will

• Save Changes – Save your updates

• Share – Copy or generate a landing page link

Landing pages are built using modular sections. Each section serves a specific purpose and can be added, removed, or reordered as needed.

Hero Section

The Hero Section appears at the top of the page and creates the first impression.

Hero Section Settings

• Title (Heading) – Main headline (Heading 1)

• Subtitle (Paragraph) – Supporting message

• CTA Button Text – Example: “View Open Positions”

• Button Action – What happens when clicked

• Background Image or Video

  • Recommended size: 1920 × 1080 (16:9)

  • Max file size: 5MB

  • Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP

Best Practice: Keep text short and guide candidates toward your jobs.

Content Section

The Content Section is a flexible block for text and media.

You can add:

• Headings and paragraphs

• Images and videos

• Mixed content layouts

Use Content Sections to describe your company, culture, benefits, or role highlights.

Jobs Section

The Jobs Section displays your active job listings automatically.

• Section Title (Heading 2)

• Jobs Per Page (1–12)

• Layout

  • Grid

  • List

  • Accordion

• Job Title Color

• Job Title Size (Small → Extra Large)

Jobs are pulled directly from HRGP and update automatically as jobs open or close.

FAQ Section

The FAQ Section answers common candidate questions and improves application completion rates.

FAQ Features

• Add, edit, reorder, or remove FAQ items

• Each item includes:

  • Question

  • Answer (supports formatted text, images, and video)

Best Practice: Address experience requirements, schedule, pay, and application steps.

Contact Section

The Contact Section provides a way for candidates to reach you.

Contact Section Settings

• Title (Heading 2)

• Email

• Phone

• Address

• Show Contact Form (on/off)

• Notification Email for form submissions

If no notification email is set, submissions default to the display email.

Theme Settings (Page-Wide)

Theme Settings control the overall appearance of the landing page.

Theme Options

• Primary Color – Buttons, links, accents

• Background Color – Default page background

• Text Color – Default text color

• Section Padding – Small, Medium, or Large

Theme settings apply globally across all sections.

Section Controls

Each section includes controls to:

• Edit content

• Move sections up or down

• Duplicate sections

• Delete sections

• Open Section Settings (gear icon)

Available settings may vary by section type.

Previewing & Publishing

Always use Preview to confirm:

• Layout flow

• Readability

• Mobile experience

• Job listings display correctly

Once saved, your landing page is live and ready to share.
