Connect your calendar to sync interviews, meetings, and availability with your existing calendar. This prevents scheduling conflicts and keeps everything in one place.
A calendar connection is required before enabling interview scheduling.
HRGP currently supports Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar connections.
When your calendar is connected, HRGP can:
Schedule interviews without double-booking
Show accurate availability to candidates
Automatically add interview events to your calendar
Keep your HRGP schedule and work calendar in sync
Click Calendar in the left-hand menu.
At the top of the page, click Connect for the calendar you want to use.
Google Calendar
Outlook Calendar
Sign in when prompted.
Grant permission for HRGP to access your calendar.
Once connected, the calendar will display a Connected status.
Connect the calendar you actively use for work or recruiting.
Most users only need to connect one calendar account.
If you manage interviews for multiple roles, use the calendar where you want all interview events to appear.
After connecting your calendar, click Update Availability to define your interview availability. HRGP will use this when candidates book interviews.
If your calendar becomes disconnected or you need to switch accounts:
Click Connect again
Follow the same steps to reauthorize or choose a different calendar
HRGP uses secure authentication provided by Google and Microsoft
Your calendar password is never stored
HRGP only accesses the calendar data required for scheduling.
