Access to pages and features depends on your user role and permissions.
Recruiters and HR users typically have full access
Hiring managers may only see jobs and applicants assigned to them
Some tools require admin-level permissions
If something looks missing, ask an admin to review your role settings.
Most changes save automatically, but visibility may depend on context.
Try the following:
Refresh your browser
Log out and log back in
Confirm you’re viewing the correct job, applicant, or workflow
Check whether the item is active or inactive
Why isn’t my job showing on my website or job links?
Common reasons include:
The job is marked Inactive
Required job fields are missing
The job was recently created and is still syncing
The job order was changed but not saved
Check the Manage Jobs page to confirm the job is active and properly configured.
Google Jobs visibility depends on several factors:
Job content must meet Google’s formatting requirements
Google determines when and where jobs appear
Newly posted jobs may take time to be indexed
HRGP automatically structures jobs for Google Jobs, but placement and ranking are determined by Google.
Why can’t I send a text message to a candidate?
Texting requires:
Twilio to be connected
Company approval for A2P 10DLC messaging
Candidate consent to receive texts
If any of these steps are incomplete, texting will be disabled.
Clicking an email opens HRGP’s email workflow
Phone numbers are displayed for reference only
Phone numbers are not clickable by design
This ensures compliance and prevents unintended outbound calls.
Possible reasons include:
The message went to spam or junk
The candidate opted out of texts
The email address or phone number is incorrect
Messaging was sent before Twilio approval
You can check message status in the applicant’s activity timeline.
Do candidates have to opt in to receive text messages?
Yes. Candidate consent is required.
HRGP collects consent:
During the application process when texting is enabled
Candidates can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Texting is disabled if:
Twilio is not connected
Your business has not been approved
Required compliance information is missing
Once approved, HRGP enables texting automatically.
Why can’t I schedule an interview?
Check that:
A calendar is connected
You have permission to schedule interviews
The applicant is still active
If calendars were recently connected, try refreshing the page.
Where do applicants from job boards go?
All applicants—regardless of where they apply—flow directly into HRGP.
This includes:
Google Jobs
JobTarget marketplace boards
Company profile pages
Individual job links
Embedded job listings
No manual importing is required.
Why was I charged for Twilio?
Twilio fees include:
One-time processing fee
Monthly phone number cost
Per-message usage fees
These charges come from Twilio and are passed through by HRGP.
Check that:
You have admin permissions
The email address is valid
The invitation hasn’t expired
Invitations expire after 48 hours for security reasons.
HRGP is a modern, web-based platform and does not require any software installation. You can access HRGP directly from your web browser on most modern devices.

Tablets can access HRGP through a browser, but some advanced features may work best on desktop devices.
Mobile Access:
HRGP can be accessed from mobile devices through a web browser.
Supported mobile browsers include:
Chrome (Android)
Safari (iOS)
Mobile access is ideal for:
Reviewing applicants
Sending messages
Viewing hiring activity
For full workflow management, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.
Internet Connection:
HRGP requires an active internet connection.
Recommended connection speed:
Minimum: 5 Mbps
Recommended: 10 Mbps or higher
A fast and stable connection ensures reliable messaging, applicant updates, and workflow automation.
Email & Messaging Requirements:
Some HRGP features depend on connected services:
Email integration requires access to your email provider (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 recommended)
Text messaging requires Twilio to be connected and approved for messaging compliance
Screen Resolution:
For the best user experience, we recommend a minimum screen resolution of 1280 × 800
Higher resolutions will provide a better view of dashboards, applicant lists, and hiring workflows.
Security Requirements:
HRGP uses secure HTTPS connections and modern browser security standards.
