The Manage Jobs page is your central hub for viewing, organizing, and managing all job postings in HRGP. From here you can create jobs, edit existing postings, control job visibility, and manage how jobs appear on your website and job boards.
Click ATS in the left-hand menu.
Select Job Postings.
You’ll land on the Manage Jobs (Job Listings Page).
From the Manage Jobs page, you can:
View all active and inactive jobs
Create new job postings
Edit, duplicate, or view job details
Run AI Matching Reports
Control the order jobs appear on your website
Embed jobs on your website
Quickly find jobs using search
Search Jobs
Use the search box to quickly find a job by job title or job code.
Copy iFrame Code
Copy embed code to display your jobs on your company website.
Add Job
Create a new job posting.
You can control the order jobs appear on your public career page directly from this screen.
On the far left of each job row, you’ll see a six-dot drag handle
Click and hold the six dots
Drag the job up or down to reposition it
Release to save the new order automatically
💡 Tip: The order shown here is the same order candidates see on your website.
The Active Jobs section displays all currently open jobs. Each job appears on its own row with key details for quick review.
Each row shows:
Job Title
Location
Start Date
Compensation
Required Experience
Job Code
Each job includes action icons that allow you to:
View Job – Open the full job details page
View AI Matching Report – See candidate-to-job match scores
Duplicate Job – Create a copy of the job
Edit Job – Make changes to the job posting
Hover over any icon to see its function.
Use the Active / Inactive toggle to switch views.
Inactive jobs are not visible to candidates
Reactivate a job at any time without recreating it
Copy a job to post it in a new location or in the same location with an updated posting date
Reorder jobs to highlight your most important openings
Use consistent job titles to improve search visibility
Deactivate filled roles instead of deleting them
Duplicate jobs to save time when hiring for similar roles
The Manage Jobs page gives you full control over how jobs are created, organized, displayed, and maintained in HRGP. Use this page to keep your hiring organized, visible, and easy to manage as your job list grows.
