Your Company Profile is where candidates learn about your business and apply for your open positions. Completing this section is an essential first step in setting up your account.
Go to Tools > Company Profile.
These settings control how your company appears to candidates and where they apply.

Company Logo (200 × 200 px recommended)
Review and confirm:
Company name
Company type
Industry
These details help candidates quickly understand your business.
Set your Public Company Profile URL to create a custom link candidates can use to view your page. This link can be shared anywhere you promote your company or job openings.
Example:
https://hrgp.io/app/company/xyzpestcontrol
Guidelines:
Use your company name or a shortened version
Avoid spaces and special characters
Keep it simple and easy to remember
The About Us section gives candidates a snapshot of who you are and why they should want to work with you.
Clearly explain:
What your company does
Who you serve
What makes your company a great place to work
You may include your culture, values, team environment, growth opportunities, or commitment to employees. Candidates often look for purpose, stability, and room to grow — speak to those elements when relevant.
Keep the tone professional, welcoming, and candidate-focused. Aim for 75–150 words that help candidates quickly decide if your company feels like the right fit.
The Settings tab controls how your job postings, applications, branding, and notifications appear to applicants. Most users only need to review these settings once during initial setup.
Automated Job Code
Automatically assigns a unique code to each job posting.
Recommended: Leave unchanged unless you have a specific reporting need.
Recruit for Customers
Designed for staffing agencies posting jobs on behalf of other companies.
Recommended: Leave unchecked unless you are a recruiter or agency.
Twilio Approved
Indicates whether your account has been approved by Twilio for text messaging.
Not enabled by default
Activated by HRGP after Twilio approval
No action required unless contacted
Resume Optional
Allows candidates to apply without uploading a resume. This may be helpful if:
Applicants do not typically have resumes
Resumes are submitted in another language
You prefer a short application form
When enabled, candidates complete a brief application instead of uploading a resume.
Job Header Color
Controls the header color on your public job postings.
Enter a hex code (example: #bf1f2d).
We recommend using a primary color from your website or logo.
Default Job Page View
Accordion View (recommended) – Clean, expandable list format
Full View – Displays full job descriptions immediately
Most companies prefer Accordion View because it’s easier to scan and works well on mobile devices.
Email & Form Logo
Used in:
Email notifications sent to you
Email notifications sent to applicants
Forms created within HRGP
Recommended size: 491 × 142 px (PNG format)
Using the correct size ensures emails and forms look professional and on-brand.
The Addresses tab manages the locations associated with your company. These addresses determine where your job postings appear and which geographic areas you can recruit from.
You may add:
One Primary Address (required)
Optional Branch Addresses
Represents your main or corporate office.
Every company must have one Primary Address.
This is used as the default location for your company profile.
If you operate from a single office, this may be your only required address.
Allow you to recruit and advertise jobs in additional geographic areas.
Important:
A physical office is not required
Branches can expand hiring into new service areas
Branch locations help your jobs appear in searches for those regions
This is useful if:
You hire technicians, field staff, or remote workers
You plan to grow into new markets
Your service area extends beyond your main office location
Click Add Location
Select address type (Primary or Branch)
Enter city, state, and postal code
Save
You may add or remove Branch Addresses at any time.
Addresses help HRGP:
Display your jobs to the right candidates
Support multi-location hiring
Enable geographic expansion without requiring physical offices
Keeping addresses up to date ensures your job postings reach the right audience.
