The Meeting History page allows you to review past meetings in HRGP.
It provides a record of completed, cancelled, and in-progress meetings so you can track interviews, review recordings, and confirm meeting activity.
Meeting History is commonly used to review candidate video interviews, but it may also include other meetings created within the system.
To access your meeting history:
Go to Meetings.
Review the list of past meetings.
Each meeting entry displays important details including:
Meeting title
Meeting status (Completed, Started, Scheduled, or Cancelled)
Date and time
Meeting duration
Recording availability
Links to watch or share the meetings
This information allows you to quickly review what meetings occurred and when.
Meetings display one of following statuses.
Scheduled
The meeting was scheduled but has not yet taken place.
Started
The meeting began but may not have been completed or recorded properly.
Completed
The meeting took place and ended normally.
Cancelled
The meeting was cancelled before it started.
Some meetings include video recordings.
If a recording is available, you will see a View recording link. Click this link to watch the meeting recording.
Recordings can be useful for:
Reviewing candidate interviews
Sharing interviews with team members
Evaluating hiring decisions
You can use the search field to quickly locate a specific meeting.
This is helpful when:
Reviewing a candidate’s interview
Looking for a meeting from a specific date
Finding recordings for a particular applicant
Review interview recordings when making hiring decisions.
Use Meeting History to verify whether a candidate attended their interview.
Share meeting recordings with team members when collaborative hiring decisions are needed.
