The Invoices & Subscription page lets you view your subscription status, manage your plan, and access all past billing invoices associated with your HRGP account.
This page is your central hub for subscription details and billing history.
At the top of the page, you’ll see your Subscription Overview, which includes:
Subscription Status — Indicates whether your account is Active, Canceled, or Expired.
Days Remaining — Shows how many days remain in your current billing cycle.
Cancel Subscription — Allows you to cancel your subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not remove access immediately if time remains in the current billing period.
Below the subscription overview, you’ll find your Invoices section.
This section displays the following information:
Company name
Invoice number
Invoice date
Payment status (e.g., Paid)
Access to individual invoice details for viewing or download
Invoices are listed in chronological order, with the most recent invoices shown first.
For each invoice, you can:
View invoice details
Confirm payment status
Reference invoice numbers for accounting or reimbursement
Download or save invoices for your records
Invoices reflect charges related to your HRGP subscription and any applicable services.
Common invoice statuses include:
Paid – Payment has been successfully processed
Unpaid or Pending – Payment is awaiting completion (if applicable)
If an invoice shows an unexpected status, verify your payment method or contact support.
Invoices are charged using the Payment Methods saved on your account.
To manage cards or update billing information:
Navigate to Payment Methods from the main menu
Keeping your payment methods current helps prevent billing interruptions.
If you choose to cancel:
Click Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
No future charges will occur unless the subscription is reactivated
You can continue using HRGP features during the remaining active period.
Only users with appropriate billing permissions can:
View invoices
Cancel subscriptions
Manage billing information
If you do not see billing options, contact your account administrator.
Review invoices regularly for accuracy
Keep at least one valid payment method on file
Download invoices for bookkeeping and tax purposes
Update payment methods before expiration
Contact support if billing discrepancies occur
