HRGP uses a token-based system to power AI features such as the Candidate-to-Job AI Matching Report. Tokens measure how much AI processing is required to analyze candidate and job data.
Companies receive 1,000,000 free tokens per month.
These tokens automatically reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Tokens are consumed when you generate an AI Matching Report. Usage is based on:
Number of candidates included in the report
Complexity of the job description and required skills
AI model used to analyze candidate fit
Reports with more candidates or more detailed job descriptions require more tokens.
If you need more tokens, you can purchase an add-on package:
300,000 tokens
$5 one-time charge
Billed through Stripe usage-based billing
Purchased tokens become available immediately after checkout.
If you attempt to generate a report without enough tokens:
An error message will appear
A purchase window will open so you can buy more tokens
Your existing AI reports remain available even if you run out of tokens.
Tokens do not roll over. Any unused tokens expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Before generating a report, you’ll see:

This helps you decide whether to proceed before spending tokens.

Total Candidates
The number of candidates reviewed.
Awesome (85% match and higher)
Very strong matches. These candidates should be reviewed first.
Interesting (70–84% match)
Good potential with small gaps. Worth reviewing or screening.
Questionable (50–69% match)
Mixed matches. Review carefully before deciding.
Unlikely (below 50% match)
Large gaps compared to the job. Usually low priority.
Each candidate receives a match score based on:
Skills
Experience
Background
How closely they match the job description
Match scores help prioritize applicants, not make final decisions
Scores are based on skills, experience, and job alignment
Every candidate should still be reviewed by a human
The AI Matching Report is a decision-support tool—not a replacement for recruiter or manager judgment
You can narrow the results using built-in tools.
