Employees are added to your organization through the Employee Invitation process.
→ Manager sends employee invitation
→ Employee accepts the invitation
→ Manager activates the account
→ Employee receives activation email
→ Employee appears in the Employee Directory
At this point, the employee becomes an active user in HRGP and can log in according to the permissions assigned to their role.
