Hello everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well even in this state of the world.

We all should have a new year's resolution for every year and I have a few for school.

Number one,do the homework on time and do it before you start playing your video games. If you do your homework right after you get home and eat lunch, you will have more time to play afterwards and your parents won't have to keep asking you, "Have you finished your homework yet?" But if you decide to play your video games first,you might risk forgetting about the homework and when your teacher asks you why you didn't do your homework, you won't have an excuse. So for the sake of the learning and your homework record, do the homework.

My other new year's resolution is to get better grades in my Maths and Chinese assessment. I've never been great at these subjects so I hope I will get a decent grade so I'm going to study the things that I'm not good at in that subject, like 'percentage' in Maths.

Those are just some New Year's resolutions I have and I hope 2021 can be way better than 2020 and I hope you all have a happy new year!

We all know 2020 was a bad year, we lost many school days, but some lost their loved ones. Life is different forever. With the vaccine coming, hopefully this year we will have a higher chance to win over the virus and regain our normal life.

From the beginning of last year till now we only have around two months of real school days. Many school activities could not be held as usual. I miss the days when we went to school, studied, ate and played together and the days of cheering for the house or crying when we lost games.

The Lunar New Year is coming soon. I wish that the Year of the Ox will bring us a new sight and we can be together again. Before then,we have to cherish every moment, every chance that we have, wherever we are in school or at home; whomever we meet, friends, classmates, teachers or family, whatever we do, playing, studying or carrying out house activities…

In the coming days and years, we have to be stronger than before. Let's bet COVID 19, win back our normal life. and let’s say goodbye to the bad 2020 and go to our new hope…. 2021 and beyond. 🥳Let’s all wish 2021, the ox year, will be a better year than 2020🥳.
