Notes Taking
Students are given lessons on learning the topic (animal habitats) with the support of photos and videos to identify the main features in each habitat. They jot down notes on the keywords and interesting facts on each habitat.
Experiential Learning
Students have an opportunity to further explore on different animal habitats and the respective animals in the workshop.
Research & Sharing
After deciding the habitat that each group is going to focus on, students do researches and share their findings; such as the characteristics, animals and its food chain in the habitat.
Poster & Handicraft Design
Students make use of the researches, discuss and design the posters and handicrafts on the animals that can be found in the habitat. They sketch the drafts, apply different drawing techniques and handmade skills in order to make the design to be attractive.
