Hello, everyone in A-school! I am Miss Polly Tai. I teach Grade 1, 3 and Grade 6 Mathematics this year. I am happy to teach students in A-school and excited for this school year. I am looking forward to seeing you, my dear 3A students.
Furthermore, we use math in everyday application. Mathematics is not only the university language of our environment but also fun. For instance, how do we move one match to make a square?
The solution is to move particular match slightly upward, just like the picture shown below. Is it tricky?
Sometime we may have to think out of the box. We may face different challenges in reality. The most important thing you can do is face what’s in front of you head on instead of running away.

Hello! I’m Ms. Cherrie Fung.
I’m teaching Grade 2, 3 and 5 English this year.
I’ve been teaching English in secondary schools previously and this is my first year joining the A-school family.
I believe English Language is not only a tool with which we communicate with others but also a window through which we may see and appreciate the beauty of arts, knowledge and different cultures in this world.

Hello everyone in A-school! I am Ms. Tracy Lam and I teach G2, G3 and G5 mathematics this year. My Math teacher used to tell me “learning math helps you to understand the world”. Math is Science! Logic is behind physics equation, and we break down the equation with calculations. Once you solve the equation, you’ll know the TRUTH! Math may not teach us how to ADD love or SUBTRACT hate but it gives us HOPE that every problem has a SOLUTION!

Hello everyone, I am Miss Alice Yip. G3B Class teacher. I am teaching G2, G3 and G5 Math. I like travelling especially to Japan. I also like doing flower arrangement.
This is my recent arrangement for my church. Do you know there is some Math elements hidden inside? Can you see the triangular shape hidden in the larger pot of lowers?
There also is a rule for the number of flowers and leave use in each pot. The number should be in an odd number. For example, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9...The most popular number is 3. Can you see that there are three long leaves I used in the small pot?

3C Class Teacher
Hello parents and students! I am Ms. Poon. I am the class teacher of 3C and I will be teaching G2, G3 and G5 Mathematics this year. I also teach AOLE “Grade 2 and Grade 5 Math Study Group” and “Grade 2 and 3 Math Olympiad”.
I believe Mathematics is full of fun, you can relate it to your daily lives as it is everywhere. You can find Mathematics when you go shopping, cooking, watching the news, drawing and the like.
Let me ask you a question, how does 11 plus 3 equals 2? Impossible? Try to find the answer by looking at the clock. Do you know the answer? Ask your friends if you know or do not know the answer!

Hi, I am Mrs. Poon. This is my second year in A-School. Teaching in A-School is a challenge to me because I haven’t taught boys for many years. I am still learning how to get along with boys at school!
I enjoy outdoor activities such as travelling and hiking. I go hiking almost every week even in summer. I have also travelled a lot. Can you imagine how upset I have been during this summer that I have to stay in Hong Kong for the long holidays? The only thing I can do at home this summer is to do Tai Chi.
Practising Tai Chi is one of my favourite hobbies. How about you?
I am a Christian and would like to share with you about God. Feel free to talk to me about God or anything you like!
3D Class Teacher
Hello all A-school students and parents. I am Mr. Wing Ng. I am teaching G1, 2, 3 and 4 PE this year. I understand not everyone like doing sports and sweating, I still hope that everyone can try your best and enjoy in my PE lessons and be able to develop a healthy life style this year.
Baseball is one of my favorite sports, some people say that it is one of the most difficult sports to play on Earth. Even the professional players have only an average of 30% chance of hitting the ball successfully. Why do I still love it? It is because I enjoy facing challenges, every time when I am able to complete difficult task, the sense of achievement cannot be described by words, it just feel like I finally hit the ball after getting 10 strike-out. I hope you will feel the same way whenever you face challenges.
I am excited for this school year and looking forward to seeing you. Please stay healthy and be ready for the challenges!!!!

My name is Ms. Cordelia Choi and I am a new teacher here in A-school. I am beyond excited to start this school year with you all and get to see everyone of your energetic and beautiful faces!
I love travelling and learning about new cultures. This is why I chose to study English over the past few years. I'm sure by improving your English ability, you can not only feel comfortable meeting people around the world but also make your voice heard by more people. What language learning brings us can be very powerful and interesting.
I grow up watching a lot of cartoons and animations. I love fantasy stories and am amazed by the creative elements that are shown in all those movies! However, I may not be very familiar with the most trendy animations nowadays. Make sure to introduce some of them to me if you know any!
Also, I grow up in church and therefore I know a lot of Bible stories. Come to me if you want to listen to any, or if you want somebody to talk to about questions related to life and God! All are welcome!
This year I will be teaching G3, 5, and 6 English. Can't wait to meet you all soon! *Virtual hugs*
