Poverty Problems in Hong Kong

Students are divided into groups to illustrate and explore different stakeholders (children, adults and elderly people) suffering in poverty problems in Hong Kong.

Week 1 ( 15 -18 June)

1.Brainstorming the topic and construct a concept map

2.Exploring the poverty problems by reviewing the literatures, studying the cases, reading the reports from universities and government and etc.

3.Researching the questions from the UBD Plan.

Week 2 ( 21 -25 June)

1.Searching relevant measures to alleviate poverty problems in Hong Kong.

2.Discussing the causes of poverty problems in groups.

3.Evaluating the measures providing to poverty people nowadays in Hong Kong.

4.Understanding the past history of PBL in A-School.

5.Visiting the Chinese medicine display and exploring their functions (Bonus).

Week 3 (28 June - 2 July)

-Adds in videos and news from web and work on the Google slide

-Groups collaboration on Poster and other presentation aids

-Groups collaboration on Google Slides and decorates the classroom
