Merit-Madness
Next Wednesday, October 2, students who have earned a "Merit Madness" t-shirt during the '24-'25 school year are permitted to wear their Merit Madness t-shirt with their uniform-compliant pants/skirt and shoes.

CSM School Safety
The physical and mental wellbeing of the students under our care continues to be our top priority. CSM has several safety measures in place every day to increase campus security. Our entire campus, inside and outside, is monitored 24/7 by a robust security camera system We have an on-site armed security guard who patrols the school campus and monitors the cameras for the entire school day. All exterior doors at CSM are locked. Guests and visitors are only permitted entrance through the front doors, and all guests and visitors must use the intercom to gain access to the front lobby. Classroom doors are equipped with security locks (meaning they lock from the inside) and by policy, classroom doors are to remain locked for the entire day. All students pass through a uniform check every morning on their way into the building and backpacks are required to be stored in student lockers during the school day.
Even with these safety measures in place, we are asking our entire community to remain vigilant about reporting any suspicious behavior to any member of the CSM Faculty & Staff. Parents are encouraged to be involved and aware of their child's online and social media accounts and interactions. Parents can contact our Dean of Students (rkizer@collegiatememphis.org) to report any suspicious behavior.
CSM Sweatshirt or Long Sleeve T-Shirt Sale
Collegiate is offering scholars and family members an opportunity to purchase Collegiate School of Memphis spirit shirts. Order forms were sent home with scholars today. If you are interested in purchasing a sweatshirt or long sleeve t-shirt for anyone in your family, please complete this order form and return it to the Business Office. You may also place your order online by clicking the link below. Payments for your order must be made by Friday, October 18, 2024 or your order will not be processed. Networking our CSM Talents
We would love to showcase our parents and their businesses. If you have a business that you would like other parents and staff to know about, complete this form and we will share it each week in our newsletter and with our Faculty & Staff. Examples include, but are not limited to: house cleaning services, construction and repairs, hair and makeup, catering, yard service, legal service, carpentry, masonry, etc. This list will allow our CSM Community to support each other when we need to hire a professional.
High School Homecoming
The High School Homecoming dance is tonight. Tickets are $30 and are being sold during lunch, and in the business office. Come make some lasting memories!
2024-2025 School Calendar
As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
