The Collegiate School of Memphis | Christmas & New Years Break
The Collegiate School of Memphis will be closed starting on December 23,2024 - January 6,2025. The Collegiate School of Memphis will reopen on and resume classes on January 7, 2025.
Severe Weather Announcement | School Closure/Early Release/Delayed Opening
The Head of School or approved designee of The Collegiate School of Memphis will alert television and/or radio stations as to whether or not the school building will close in the event of snow, ice, inclement weather, or other conditions. Depending on the circumstances, classes and work may continue virtually. All school closure information will be communicated via local media outlets, email, Talking Points, and/or our school social media accounts.
Report cards | Quarter 2
On January 10,2025 we will be sending home your student’s Quarter 2 Report Card enclosed in an envelope. As a reminder, it is important that you review all of the materials enclosed, including the report card, any additional notices, and any other documents provided.
Once you have reviewed the contents, please remove everything from the envelope, sign the front of the envelope, and return the empty envelope with your student. The signed envelope should be given to your student’s 1st period/A block teacher. By signing and returning the envelope, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed all the materials sent home with your student.
If you have any questions or concerns about your student’s report card or academic progress, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are committed to ensuring a successful year for all of our students.
2025-2026 School Calendar
As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
