8th Grade Blazer Presentation | Tuesday May 20th
We’re excited to announce the 8th Grade Blazer Presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 20 from 10:30 – 11:30am . All 8th grade parents are invited to join us for this special event as we celebrate our students and their accomplishments. We look forward to seeing you there!
Summer reading
Summer reading is just around the corner! All students in grades 6–12 are expected to take part in our Summer Reading Program. Reading lists and instructions will be sent home and posted online before the end of the school year. This is a great opportunity to keep minds active, explore new ideas, and prepare for a strong start in the fall. Stay tuned for more details—and happy reading! Summer Mental Health Support
Basketball Calendar fundrasing
We’re selling athletic calendars to help raise money for next year’s uniforms! Wall calendars are $20 each or 2 for $30. Desk calendars are $15 each or 2 for $25.
Please place your order with Coach Evans or at the front desk. All orders and payments are due by July 24th and 25th. Calendars will be distributed the first week of August.

Basketball Camp
Join Coach Evans and Coach Butler for an exciting time of basketball skill development, team-building activities, great food, and tons of fun! Whether you’re looking to sharpen your game or just enjoy time with friends, this is the place to be! Permission slips are available now at the front desk – don’t wait to grab yours!
Art Camp
Open to all incoming Advanced and AP Art students, this week-long camp will be held from July 7–11 and will count as your summer portfolio work. You'll have the chance to strengthen your skills, create new pieces, and connect with other young artists. The cost is $50 for the whole week. To enroll, scan the QR code and pay in the business office by May 23rd. Come ready to create and get a head start on your portfolio!
Middle School girls soccer camp
Attention all 6th–8th grade girls! Get ready to lace up your cleats and hit the field this summer for our free soccer camp! Whether you're new to soccer or looking to sharpen your skills, this camp is the perfect chance to train, have fun, and grow as a team. Don't miss out—come ready to play!
Running Camp
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to grow this summer? Join the CSM Cross Country Camp — no experience needed! For just $50, you'll explore topics like athletic identity, health and wellness, mental health, building confidence, goal setting, and team building. It’s a great chance to challenge yourself, make new friends, and become part of a supportive team. Sign up today and take the first step toward something great!
Middle School Girls Volleyball Interest Meeting
Are you interested in joining the middle school girls volleyball team? Come to a short interest meeting on May 22 at 11:45 AM to learn more! Whether you're a seasoned player or just curious, all are welcome. See you there!
Exam Week Schedule Reminder – May 20–23
Middle and High School students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. each day from Tuesday, May 20 through Friday, May 23 for semester exams.
Breakfast will be served daily.
No lunch and no ASAP after school during exam week.
Please make arrangements to pick up your student by 11:30 a.m.

If you have friends, neighbors, or family members who are interested, encourage them to stop by the front desk to pick up a 6th Grade Application! Help us spread the word, we’re excited to welcome new faces to our Collegiate family!
Used Uniform Drive
Do you have CSM uniforms your student has outgrown but are still in good condition?
Beginning today, drop off clean uniforms to the front desk by June 5th and enter a chance to win a $75 Uniform Gift Certificate to our new Collegiate uniform store coming this summer! Your student’s name will be entered for every article of qualifying clothing donated.
The last day to donate uniforms and enter the raffle will be June 5th!

2025-2026 School Calendar
As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
Please note the dates for Spring Break 2026 have been updated on the Academic Calendar to match M-SCS. Spring Break 2026 is March 16 - 20, 2026.
