ESA | Quarter 2 Payment
For Parents in the ESA program:
Your student’s ESA scholarship has been placed in your E-Wallet. Throughout the year, you will “make a payment” four times through your E-Wallet in order to submit your scholarship to the school. The second quarter payment is now open for you to complete.

We would love to showcase our parents and their businesses. If you have a business that you would like other parents and staff to know about, complete this form and we will share it each week in our newsletter and with our Faculty & Staff. Examples include, but are not limited to: house cleaning services, construction and repairs, hair and makeup, catering, yard service, legal service, carpentry, masonry, etc. This list will allow our CSM Community to support each other when we need to hire a professional.
After School Academic Program | ASAP
CSM Families
On November 3rd, 2024 daylight saving time is ending, which means that it will get dark earlier. The Collegiate School of Memphis offers an after school care program (ASAP) for $5 dollars per day. If you would want more information on you can email : jbutler@collegiatememphis.org and he will give you more information.
CSM School Uniforms
Dennis Uniforms has unexpectedly shut down all operations leaving CSM and many other schools without a uniform vendor. CSM is currently interviewing new uniform vendors and expects to have an announcement for families regarding our new vendor shortly. In the meantime, CSM does have a uniform closet with some clothing items. If you have a question about your student's uniform needs, please email Dean of Students, Ricky Kizer (rkizer@collegiatememphis.org) for assistance.
Tuition Payment | November
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. If the balance remains, a $10 will automatically apply on the 11th. If the balance still remains, another $10 will automatically apply on the 25th.
Payment Options:
Pay in person at Collegiate by cash, check/money order, apple pay or debit/credit card. There is a $5 minimum payment and 3.5% service fee for apple pay and debit/credit card payments in person in the Business Office.
Mail in a check or money order. Must be received by the due date.
Pay online by clicking here via the school website. Note: There is a 4% service fee and a $25 minimum requirement.
If you have opted in to have access to your tuition portal, pay through Tuition Management account by clicking here.
Sign up for Tuition Management to have access to your tuition portal and make payments directly to your account. A $50 access fee is applied per family unit each year to gain access to your account. Connect your bank account for ACH or bank transfer payments with a 0% processing fee. Credit/Debit card payments have 3.12% processing fee per transaction. In addition, you can set-up automatic payments as well. Contact Ms. Alvarado to sign up.
NJHS Food Drive Begins
NJHS is sponsoring a Food Drive to benefit the Cathedral of Faith Collaborative for their Thanksgiving Meal. Students who donate a minimum of three (3) food items will receive a dress-out day ticket for November 14.
2024-2025 Basketball Game Schedule
Basketball season is starting soon, come out and support the CSM Cougars. We hope to see you there!
2024-2025 School Calendar
As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
