Out of Uniform | Black History Month Thursday February 27
Students who choose to participate in this President's Day dress out day celebration for the CSM Soul Fest can wear a Black, Red, Yellow, and/or Green shirt with their CSM-compliant pants/skirt and shoes.

Virtual Learning Day | Monday March 3
In order to stay up-to-date on virtual learning best practices and provide all CSM scholars with the opportunity to experience remote learning in a structured way, CSM is incorporating three (3) virtual learning days into our annual calendar. On virtual learning days, students do not need to come to the school building--they may stay at home. However, students who need a focused work environment do have the option to come to school and complete their virtual assignments here at CSM if they prefer. For students who come to school in person on Virtual Learning Day, breakfast and lunch will be served as usual.
Merit Madness | Wednesday March 5
Students who have earned a "Merit Madness" t-shirt during the '24-'25 school year are permitted to wear their Merit Madness t-shirt with their uniform-compliant pants/skirt and shoes.
Out of Uniform | Floral Dress Out Day Thursday March 6
Students who pay $1 can participate in this fundraiser for the CSM Student Ambassadors. Participants can wear a floral sweater, sweatshirt, or hoodie with their CSM-compliant pants/skirt and shoes.
2025-2026 Enrollment Contracts
You may now begin the student enrollment process for the 2025-2026 school year. All Current CSM students have been issued a 2025-2026 Enrollment Contract including a CSM Scholarship award based on the information currently on file. Parents are asked to come into the Business Office to review their contract, accept their scholarship, and pay their enrollment deposit in order to secure their child's enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. The enrollment deposit for middle school is $80 and $100 for high school.
High School students must have a signed enrollment contract on file before they are able to register for their 2025-2026 high school courses beginning in Quarter 4. Any student who does not have a signed 2025-2026 Enrollment Contract on file by April 25, 2025 will be removed from the class rosters and their CSM scholarship award will be reallocated to new CSM students.

ESA 2025-26 Applications
If you are a participant of the Education Saving Account Program (ESA), you may begin to apply for the 2025-2026 ESA scholarship. As a reminder, you must apply every year to continue to receive the ESA Scholarship. In order to begin the application process, families must have their 2024 Tax Return and 2 proofs of address.
You must login to your current ESA account by clicking here to submit a renewal application. Please do not create a new account. This needs to be completed as soon as possible to guarantee that you receive the ESA Scholarship again. If you have a new student you may add them on to the same account without creating a new account.
You can click here to schedule a meeting with Mr.Moya to receive help completing the ESA application. You must have the correct documents in order for the meeting to occur. If you do not have your taxes yet, you may schedule an appointment at a later date when you revive them.
You may complete this application on your own. However, you must inform Mr.Moya upon completing this application. You may email (smoya@collegiatememphis.org), Talking-point, or call the school. 2025-2026 School Calendar
As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
