Summer Office Hours
Please note that our office will be closed from June 17 to July 5. We will reopen on Monday, July 7. Our summer office hours will remain the same: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and closed for lunch at noon, If you have any questions, need to update contact information, or just want to stay connected, feel free to stop by or give us a call during these hours.
Student Supplies
We’re excited to share that student supplies are covered as part of your tuition at The Collegiate School of Memphis! This means families will not need to purchase individual school supplies. All necessary items will be provided, and students will receive their supplies during the first week of school. We’re looking forward to a great start to the year
ESA Scholarship - Important Next Steps
The school verification step for the ESA Scholarship is now open and must be completed as soon as possible. Click here to view a video on how to complete the School verification step.
The final step, which includes setting the expense limit, will open in July. Please make sure to communicate the scholarship amount awarded to Mr. Moya. Additional updates will be sent out as we get closer to that date.

Summer reading
Summer reading is just around the corner! All students in grades 6–12 are expected to take part in our Summer Reading Program. Reading lists and instructions will be sent home and posted online before the end of the school year. This is a great opportunity to keep minds active, explore new ideas, and prepare for a strong start in the fall. Stay tuned for more details—and happy reading! Basketball Camp
Join Coach Evans and Coach Butler for an exciting time of basketball skill development, team-building activities, great food, and tons of fun! Whether you’re looking to sharpen your game or just enjoy time with friends, this is the place to be! Permission slips are available now at the front desk – don’t wait to grab yours!
Art Camp
Open to all incoming Advanced and AP Art students, this week-long camp will be held from July 7–11 and will count as your summer portfolio work. You'll have the chance to strengthen your skills, create new pieces, and connect with other young artists. The cost is $50 for the whole week. To enroll, scan the QR code and pay in the business office by May 23rd. Come ready to create and get a head start on your portfolio!
Middle School girls soccer camp
Attention all 6th–8th grade girls! Get ready to lace up your cleats and hit the field this summer for our free soccer camp! Whether you're new to soccer or looking to sharpen your skills, this camp is the perfect chance to train, have fun, and grow as a team. Don't miss out—come ready to play!

As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
Please note the dates for Spring Break 2026 have been updated on the Academic Calendar to match M-SCS. Spring Break 2026 is March 16 - 20, 2026.
