Parent University | Thursday January 30,2025
We are excited to invite all parents to join us for Parent University, an engaging and informative session held over Zoom next Thursday, January 30th, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and engage with our school community.

Student Safety and Privacy: Immigration and Law Enforcement Access
CSM is aware of the new executive orders regarding immigration and want to reassure our families that CSM is a safe place for all students regardless of immigration status. Under the guidance of school council, we are currently developing a Student Safety and Privacy: Immigration and Law Enforcement Access policy to be included in our Family Handbook. This policy will reenforce the following: 1.) Collegiate remains committed to ensuring all students have a safe and positive learning environment regardless of immigration status; 2.) CSM does not allow any ICE officer access to student records as these records are protected by Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA); and 3.) ICE officers do not have consent nor permission to enter The Collegiate School of Memphis facility without a valid warrant signed by a judge. The updated policy will be added to the Family Handbook and shared once complete.

Report cards | Quarter 3
On January 17, 2025 we will be sending home your student’s Quarter 3 Report Card enclosed in an envelope. As a reminder, it is important that you review all of the materials enclosed, including the report card, any additional notices, and any other documents provided.
Once you have reviewed the contents, please remove everything from the envelope, sign the front of the envelope, and return the empty envelope with your student. The signed envelope should be given to your student’s 1st period/A block teacher. By signing and returning the envelope, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed all the materials sent home with your student.
If you have any questions or concerns about your student’s report card or academic progress, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are committed to ensuring a successful year for all of our students.
2025-2026 School Calendar
As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
