Summer Office Hours
We will be closed next week, May 26–30, but starting June 2nd, the school office will be open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM throughout the summer. If you have any questions, need to update contact information, or just want to stay connected, feel free to stop by or give us a call during these hours.
Final Report Cards
Final Report cards will be mailed home on June 10, 2025. If you have moved this school year, or would like to request a change of address, please email CSM Registrar, Ms. Randolph (jrandolph@collegiatememphis.org) with your new address. You will also be able to view your child's final report card on the MySchoolApp website on June 10, 2025 beginning at 2:00 p.m. Students who have a hold on their account will not receive their report card or be able to view their final report card online. The Business Office or Technology Office will notify you if there is a hold on your child's account. If you have questions, you can email CSM Student Account Coordinator, Ms. Alvarado (talvarado@collegiatememphis.org) for more information.
Uniform Store
As we prepare for the new school year, we know many families are beginning to think about uniforms. We’re excited to share that Collegiate will be starting our own uniform store, making it easier than ever for families to purchase approved items. We’re currently finalizing a few details, and we’ll be sharing updated uniform information soon. Thank you for your patience and support! Stay tuned—we’ll make sure you have everything you need in plenty of time. Wishing you a safe, restful, and joyful summer!
The Collegiate School of Memphis Theatre Presents: Puffs

Summer reading
Summer reading is just around the corner! All students in grades 6–12 are expected to take part in our Summer Reading Program. Reading lists and instructions will be sent home and posted online before the end of the school year. This is a great opportunity to keep minds active, explore new ideas, and prepare for a strong start in the fall. Stay tuned for more details—and happy reading! Basketball Calendar fundrasing
We’re selling athletic calendars to help raise money for next year’s uniforms! Wall calendars are $20 each or 2 for $30. Desk calendars are $15 each or 2 for $25.
Please place your order with Coach Evans or at the front desk. All orders and payments are due by July 24th and 25th. Calendars will be distributed the first week of August.

Basketball Camp
Join Coach Evans and Coach Butler for an exciting time of basketball skill development, team-building activities, great food, and tons of fun! Whether you’re looking to sharpen your game or just enjoy time with friends, this is the place to be! Permission slips are available now at the front desk – don’t wait to grab yours!
Art Camp
Open to all incoming Advanced and AP Art students, this week-long camp will be held from July 7–11 and will count as your summer portfolio work. You'll have the chance to strengthen your skills, create new pieces, and connect with other young artists. The cost is $50 for the whole week. To enroll, scan the QR code and pay in the business office by May 23rd. Come ready to create and get a head start on your portfolio!
Middle School girls soccer camp
Attention all 6th–8th grade girls! Get ready to lace up your cleats and hit the field this summer for our free soccer camp! Whether you're new to soccer or looking to sharpen your skills, this camp is the perfect chance to train, have fun, and grow as a team. Don't miss out—come ready to play!
Running Camp

Used Uniform Drive
Do you have CSM uniforms your student has outgrown but are still in good condition?
Beginning today, drop off clean uniforms to the front desk by June 5th and enter a chance to win a $75 Uniform Gift Certificate to our new Collegiate uniform store coming this summer! Your student’s name will be entered for every article of qualifying clothing donated.
The last day to donate uniforms and enter the raffle will be June 5th!

2025-2026 School Calendar
As you are considering traveling out of town and making appointments during the 2024-2025 school year, please plan around our school calendar. It is important that students do not miss school for appointments and travel. Absences during first and second semester exam weeks will not be excused.
Please note the dates for Spring Break 2026 have been updated on the Academic Calendar to match M-SCS. Spring Break 2026 is March 16 - 20, 2026.
