Every Rep has access to M-61 Shopify and Lune+Aster Shopify accounts.
We all use the same login username
(Team@bluemercury.com) to log into these two shopify accounts.
Bluemercury Shopify is the only shopify account that requires @blueacornici.com email address to login.
Customer Overview page is a client's account profile page that shows all record of connected information from the client's email address.
Bluemercury will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
All Bluemercury Team reps are able to use Shopify to check an order's status (what stage of the process it is in).
This status can be found at the top of the Order's page and when viewing All Orders in Shopify.

Emailing a Customer in Shopify
“Returned to logicbroker”
means the refunded item went Out of Stock before the WH could fulfill the order.
(pick the item and pack into order package)
Logicbroker is the Warehouse system refunding for the OOS product and removing it from the packing slip.
Existing orders should not be manually cancelled in shopify, as this cancellation will not reach the warehouse, and the order will still be processed and shipped.
Do not click Cancel Order in Shopify
Do not click Duplicate in Shopify
Do not click Restock in Shopify
Do not click Capture payment in Shopify
Do not click Fulfill item in Shopify
Do not click Request fulfillment in Shopify
Do not click Edit in Shopify
-Unable to Cancel an order after it’s been purchased
-Unable to Change/Modify an Address after Shipped
-Unable to Edit an order after it’s been purchased - cannot add a product(s) or remove a product(s)
-Unable to reverse a refund after it has been issued (aka cancel a refund after issued)
-Unable to refund an order if it has been 90 days after purchase date
-Customers are unable to order/purchase over the phone with us
-Customers cannot split payment for an online purchase (can’t use more than one credit card at checkout on one order)
Refresh shopify browser page, and post to the bluemercury slack channel and standby for the issue to be resolved.
