Birthday Rewards

From April to June 2025, we request your support for our Beauty Experts regarding redeeming a client’s Platinum Birthday Gift.

Context: From April to June 2025, Platinum members with a birthday in April, May, or June will be issued a Birthday reward of a $50 Beauty Card instead of a birthday reward to redeem an M-61 Serum (the eligible products for Platinum members for birthdays between Jan. - Mar. 2025).  

Should a Platinum member request 

1) the previous Platinum Birthday Reward options that was offered from Jan. – Mar. 2025 (see page 17 in the attached) or 

2) a gift from the Silver or Sapphire tier (see page 15-16 in the attached)

--> We’ve instructed our Beauty Experts to reach out to your team for support on processing this redemption. (instructions below are for store reps to follow!) 

Please guide a Beauty Expert on redeeming a Platinum member’s Birthday Reward by going through the following:

If a Platinum member asks about the Platinum Birthday Gifts offered from January to March OR prefers the Sapphire or Silver Birthday Gift options:

1. Price override the product to $50 (if the price of the gift is more than $50), the same amount as the $50 Beauty Card.

2. Scan the barcode in the Platinum member’s Birthday email or apply via the “Reward Available” notification within the Loyalty Rewards section of the client profile.

3. This should be a separate transaction.

4. Platinum member should leave with their Birthday Gift product.

5. Enter Transaction information into Think LP.

• the reward is considered a BC (Gift card) meaning, the customer can use this on any item they choose. If they do choose the assigned platinum gift or any of the other assigned gifts, the store will just have to price override that item to meet the $50 value for the GC issued.

Overview of Birthday Product Rewards

To get your Product Rewards online, add Product Rewards to your shopping cart during checkout along with a minimum purchase of $25 on the Bluemercury Website. 

If your online order is not completed during the same Website visit, the Product Rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. 

Birthday Reward Emails cannot be resent.

Treatments are no longer being offered instore at this time (Jan 2024) - Program being redesigned in stores for better experience. We will shout once they are offering instore again!
