If a customer in chat is asking how to receive a copy of the chat (also referred to as a chat transcript) please advise for them to click the circle with 3 dots icon located below the arrow icon.

A second way to receive a copy of their transcript is to search Freshdesk for their email address (if it was submitted) and reply to the Chat Transcript ticket.
