Policy/Procedures

▶ Processing Time Frame: 3 business days (not including weekends)

▶ Free Shipping = UPS Ground Shipping (3-7 business days) with no minimum required

▶ Shipping from Edison, NJ (not our warehouse ; Maersk)

▶ Return Time Frame: 35 Days after promo ends

▶Cannot return or exchange at a store location. Return by mail only.

▶ Prepaid Return Labels will be included in delivered package.

▶ Cannot RTS - They can refuse the delivery or contact UPS to initiate a return

▶ Report an Issue Time Frame: 35 Days after promo ends

▶ Any Replacements orders should be request as normal (Blue Draft Request @csbluemercury)

GMA orders take 3 business days to process and ship out. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking info.
