Trouble registering a Dyson item?

Solution for Issue during Dyson registration- 

▶ Ask client to text the word “register” to 48121. If there is any issues post text, send to Andrew and team they will locate the request and have someone register the client. There have been reports that the serial number validation may not be working well online. Please password protect any PII data.

If a client is experiencing this issue after advising ^ 

▶ Send Email to ER with email subject line: "DYSON REGISTRATION" and only include last name and order number- then we send over we can include all customer info in the one time secret
