Instructions were sent out to store teams on how to redeem their employee discount online.
If a Bluemercury Employee is having difficulty accessing their account or applying their employee discount
Advise for the employee to contact the following for further instruction:

Employees trying to redeem their employee discount will have to be logged into their work email address and activate their account with that email.
These codes are internal information only - Verify that the client is a Bluemercury Store Employee by confirming their Store Location number and their Employee number prior to providing these codes:

Request to honor employee discount

Employee Discounted Purchases will not earn reward points.
Bluemercury Employees are not allowed to benefit from the bluerewards program.
Employees can technically create a Rewards account but are not eligible for membership according to the BlueRewards Terms & Conditions.
They are allowed to receive their employee discount, but cannot also receive points and rewards for purchases.
Crowdtwist also does not show specific discounts, it is only the loyalty system for calculating rewards/points so you would not be able to validate whether a discount was applied - that would only reflect in the system of purchase (shopify for online or kwi for store)
Bluemercury employees are not eligible to redeem loyalty rewards that is why you see the 0x.
