Annual Gift

Must be a BlueRewards Platinum member at time of issuance September 15, 2022 12:00 a.m. EST and use a registered loyalty email address when purchasing online or in store. Limit 1 redemption per client. Product Rewards are determined according to Program Level by Bluemercury in its sole discretion and sent to Member’s Program email address. Product Rewards can be redeemed at Bluemercury stores or Bluemercury shops inside Macy’s stores by presenting the email (printed or displayed on your smartphone) to store associates. To get your Product Rewards online, you will find Product Rewards in your shopping cart during checkout with a minimum purchase of $25 on the Bluemercury Website, if eligible. If your online order is not completed during the same Website visit, the Product Rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem a Product Reward during checkout. Product Rewards are available for redemption while supplies last and substitutions by Bluemercury may occur. Product Rewards may not be returned or exchanged.

If a member qualified for a platinum gift in 2022 then their account activity will show the Reward Redeemed image below⬇

Reward Redeemed does not mean that the reward has been used. It means that the Reward has been added to the qualifying account.

Shown below is an example of a draft order of a no-cost replacement order

Shipping : Replacement order- Overnight Shipping (excludes PO Box or APO/FPO) 

The order details page should be noted and please add an additional note on the customer's overview page stating that " 2022 Platinum Annual Gift honored in order # ---".

That way we won't have duplicate gifts being sent to the same customer.

If you have already issued these orders, please try to go back to the customer's accounts and add this note.
