Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled and had the promo applied, please advise the client to repurchase if the item(s) are in-stock and to reapply the code.
"Remove applied discount code and replace with HAPPY20" Orders
Can't modify or change discount codes applied to existing orders.
Then the CS can repurchase their order within 24 hours, and we can add to refund req doc to honor discount as a refund to the new order.
"Forgot to Apply Code" Orders
Confirm that no other discount codes have been applied to the existing order. If no other discount code, then we can offer to add to refund req doc to honor discount as a refund.
Honoring discount on previous/past orders
Per the Promo's Terms &Conditions "Can’t be combined with other offers or used for prior purchases" meaning can’t be applied or honored to orders purchased before promo started. However if a situation escalates to a higher point then we can review if able to honor, determined case by case.

Key Points to check with customer when applying the code to cart:
Are they signed into their bluerewards account before clicking checkout?
Does shopify show their account as "has an account"
Has a different coupon code already been applied?
Do they have any product exclusions in their cart?
Has the client used the promo code on another order?

Please advise CS to log into account and while viewing their account page >>> go to MY BLUEREWARDS >>> Ask if it says JOIN BLUEREWARDS or if it shows their Tier Status. If it shows JOIN BLUEREWARDS, advise the client to click JOIN BLUEREWARDS.
