Dispo stands for Disposition Form which appears in Singlecomm while in a live call.
The purpose of filling out this dispo section is so that all received calls can be documented and organized within our records.
This section can be worked on during a live call and after a live call has ended.
Once the caller disconnects, the assisting rep will have a maximum of 3 minutes to fill out all necessary fields.
Use the blue button "Next" to go to the next page of Dispo - Total of 3 pages.
While in dispo, the rep will not receive any new incoming calls until the green button “finish” is selected.
Please be advised that all calls are recorded and monitored, as soon as the call connects all the way until the rep clicks finish.
Once a call disconnects and the dispo is finished, this is then sent over to Freshdesk to be logged as a closed ticket.
