Must be a BlueRewards Platinum member as of October 1, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. EST to qualify. Qualifying members must use a registered loyalty email address when redeeming the Product Reward online or in store. Limit of one redemption per client. Product Rewards are determined according to program level by Bluemercury in its sole discretion and sent to member’s registered email address. Product Rewards are available for redemption until Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EST or while supplies last. Product Rewards may vary from what is pictured, and substitutions by Bluemercury may occur. Product Rewards may not be returned or exchanged. There are 15K total pouches to redeem, and 58K Platinum members... It’s first come, first serve while supplies last. Not the best case scenario, but we increased total units by +67% from last year so trying to improve the CX!

This is the first year we'll be offering our Platinum members two products as part of their annual gift!
The pouch and its components are valued at $122 - and Platinum members that redeem are getting this completely free.
· For the client, this gift is a reminder that we value them as a top-tier loyalty member by gifting them two of our "Bestseller" items inside a re-usable pouch (great makeup/brush/travel bag).
· For the business, this is a way for us to 1) get clients shopping during a slower pre-Holiday time period through the incentive of redeeming this free gift and 2) exposure to M-61 and EltaMD to our most valuable clients.
· The annual Platinum gift launches on 11/1 online and in-store and is available for redemption while supplies last or through 11/12, whichever is first.
· We only have 2,210 units available for web; once we sell-through we will be finished with this campaign for the year.
There is a minimum purchase amount of $25 to redeem online in order to cover shipping costs (this is common across industry)
· PLEASE NOTE: The store pouch is slightly different to the web pouch, containing a select M-61 Hydraboost Eye product in lieu of the Hydraboost Eye Cream

To redeem online: it requires a minimum $25 purchase and applying the Annual Gift Code

To redeem in-store: In stores they can just walk in & redeem their gift without having to buy other products.

Platinum BlueRewards members will be emailed their Annual Gift Email on November 1st, 2021. These emails cannot be resent once they've been issued.
This email will be sent to their account email address that has reached the Platinum Rewards Tier and the customer must show the platinum gift email to receive their gift in-store or can redeem online when purchasing a $25 order (they can’t just checkout with a $0 item online).
The Store rep will scan the barcode provided in the client email, and will confirm platinum status in system.
One cosmetic bag and one PowerGlow moisturizer - The annual gift is not available for substitution.
The annual gift email includes a barcode for the stores to scan out and online they will just go to their account page under bluerewards & see that their gift is there, to add to cart (as long as they have more than $25 worth of product in their cart).
It is 1 per client and only available to platinum members.
Platinum members will be the only ones receiving the communication & seeing this product in their account page.
Advise Customers to show the Store Rep their Platinum Gift Email so the Store Rep can scan the barcode included in email.
