Response time is crucial when reply to a customer's reported issue. A small inconvenience can grow into major situation if the customer feels as if their situation is being ignored, forgotten about, or disregarded.
Please make sure you are working from oldest ticket first,
and that you are working on tickets assigned to you and NOT working from unassigned.
When working on Tickets - Work from oldest to newest.
