✔ Can issue a refund if a Dyson product is returned by mail.

✔ Can issue a refund if a Dyson product returned to a store.

✔ Can use a Beauty Card Reward when purchasing a Dyson Product.

✔ Can use a Gift Card when purchasing a Dyson Product.

❌Appeasement Refunds (Partial Refunds) cannot be issued towards orders with Dyson products.

• If an order has a Dyson item, we cannot issue a % refund as an appeasement for example shipping delays.

❌Discount Codes cannot be honored to orders including Dyson products.

• We cannot honor discount codes to orders including Dyson Products. Please advise this to customers when offering to honor a discount in the form of a refund to their order/future order. 

• If an order has a Dyson item, we cannot issue a refund to honor a WELCOME, WELCOME10, HONEY10, or any other promotional discount. 

• "We cannot retroactively apply a discount to Dyson - The WELCOME code cannot be added to an order for a Dyson item after it has been placed. WELCOME CODE AND DISCOUNT CODES EXCLUDE DYSON ITEMS. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED. Site pages to be updated and any failure to properly abide by this rule will result in further actions."

❌ Discount Codes cannot be applied to Dyson products.

• The system will recognize that a Dyson product is in the customer's shopping cart at checkout, and will reject any discount code that is applied. 

This applies to loyalty members and non-loyalty members - No Discount on Dyson.

• If the customer would like to successfully apply a discount to their order, please advise the customer to remove any Dyson products from their shopping cart.
