"an item was out of stock at the store so they sent off an order to be sent to me"
Store rep may say:
"Fulfill it order"
"Endless aisle"
"Customer placed an instore order to ship to their home"
Customer's First and Last Name
Customer's Email Address
Customer's Phone number
Order number (if available)
Store ID #
Date of purchase
Item(s) purchased
Start with "Blue FUL" followed by reason for email (i.e. order status req), followed by order #
Subject Line Template:
BLUE FUL *Reason *Order# *Name
BLUE FUL (*INSERT REASON FOR EMAIL) (*INSERT ORDER #) (*INSERT CUSTOMER FIRST & LAST NAME)
