Platinum Tier BlueRewards Members were sent emails from BlueRewards <info@bluemercury.com> with email subject line "We got you a 🎁!" on 11/5/21
All Platinum members will be able to redeem the gift in-store OR they can redeem online.
To redeem online: it requires a minimum $25 purchase and applying the Annual Gift Code
Purchase necessary when redeeming online.
To redeem in-store: In stores they can just walk in & redeem their gift without having to buy other products.
No purchase necessary when redeeming in-store.
Platinum BlueRewards members will be emailed their Annual Gift Email on November 1st, 2021. These emails cannot be resent once they've been issued.
This email will be sent to their account email address that has reached the Platinum Rewards Tier and the customer must show the platinum gift email to receive their gift in-store or can redeem online when purchasing a $25 order (they can’t just checkout with a $0 item online).
The Store rep will scan the barcode provided in the client email, and will confirm platinum status in system.
One cosmetic bag and one PowerGlow moisturizer - The annual gift is not available for substitution.
The annual gift email includes a barcode for the stores to scan out and online they will just go to their account page under bluerewards & see that their gift is there, to add to cart (as long as they have more than $25 worth of product in their cart).
It is 1 per client and only available to platinum members.
Platinum members will be the only ones receiving the communication & seeing this product in their account page.
Advise Customers to show the Store Rep their Platinum Gift Email so the Store Rep can scan the barcode included in email.
