-If any of these pieces are malfunctioning or damaged, we are unable to send a replacement piece.
-This product is shipped as a packaged set. Individual pieces are unavailable, as they are only available as a full set. A piece cannot be removed from another set, to send as a replacement.
- The product must be returned to WH to receive refund - Do not issue a refund until movement has confirmed the product is in transit back to WH or has been mark delivered to Shelton, CT.
