Located at the bottom of Bluemercury's homepage with headline: Get Expert Beauty Insight & Offers. Where it is asking to submit email address. Submit email address and in 15-30 minutes a Welcome email will be sent to the submitted email address including the 10% discount code WELCOME.
Customers are still receiving the old version of the Welcome email that offers Free 2-Day Shipping with no minimum required,
however this is no longer a BlueRewards Benefit.
Two-Day Shipping will not appear as $0.00 at checkout unless the subtotal of the cart is over $150.00 (before tax & shipping)
If reward member customers are stating that they are entitled to receive Free 2-Day Shipping with no minimum required b/c the welcome email said so,
Proceed with the following two options available:
Advise Customer to select Ground Shipping during Checkout and we can submit a ticket to WH requesting to update the shipping from Ground Shipping (BM003) to Two-Day Shipping (BM002).
This will not charge for the upgrade in shipping on the order.
The shipping notification email will not update and show Two-Day Shipping, it will still show the order set as “Ground Shipping” but the package will abide by Two-Day Shipping times.
Advise Customer to select Two-Day Shipping and pay for $10 shipping cost. If they pay for the shipping cost, we can then refund the shipping cost back to them after the order has processed and has shipped out. They’ll receive a refund notification email when refund has been issued.
At the bottom of welcome email, it states the following exclusions:
*Tom Ford products excluded from discount.
