The Light Salon Boost LED Mask includes: 

• 2 Adjustable Straps

• 1 x  pair of black eye shields

Designed for daily use, once per day - Not recommended more than once a day.

The Boost Mask use a lithium-ion battery rated at 9.62Wh / 2200mAH - average 150 minutes ( 2 and a half hours)

▶ Lifespan of mask: 

LED bulbs themselves can last for 5-10 years, however we are unable to determine the life of the other elements, as it’s often determined by how the product is cared for. We offer a 2 year warranty which covers all areas of the mask, including the LEDs during that period.

The Boost is hands free and completely portable, meaning you can wear it without being bound to a power outlet.

Before Boosting, charge the controller, using the supplied cable and plug.

Once fully charge (all 3 lights will be illuminated), detach the controller from the charging cable and plug.

The Boost will NOT work if plugged into a wall socket.

The Boost LED Mask comes with two adjustable Velcro straps that allow you to comfortably wear the mask.

To fit the mask, thread the shorter strap through the inlet holes on either side of the mask as shown in the illustrations.

The longer strap fits through the top of the loops on either side of the mask, as shown in the illustrations, and sits on the top of your head.

Loop the straps around your head and secure firmly.

Adjust if necessary.

If any of these pieces are malfunctioning or damaged, we are unable to send a replacement piece. 

This product is shipped as a packaged set. Individual pieces are unavailable, as they are only available as a full set. A piece cannot be removed from another set, to send as a replacement. 

The product must be returned to WH to receive refund - Do not issue a refund until movement has confirmed the product is in transit back to WH or has been mark delivered to Shelton, CT.

❕ If the purchased product or any of its pieces arrived damaged, or is malfunctioning in any way ❕

Proceed with all the following steps:

• Advise the customer to discontinue use of the product

• Advise the customer that the entire product set can be returned by mail to receive a full refund (Send them a Return Label)

If a CS says that their received product is malfunctioning/isn’t working properly 

or is missing any piece:

Advise the customer that a prepaid return label can be sent to their email associated with the order 

and this product can be returned for a full refund. 

Once returned to WH, a full refund will be issued back to the purchasing payment method and CS can repurchase it.

Due to product cost, we cannot issue a refund without return.

Do not issue a replacement order.
