IT has confirmed to not use, as Singlecomm is already so sensitive to begin with regarding microphones and headsets. Recommendation would be to use wired.

How to run a Diagnostic Test in Singlecomm
Your headset should have a clickable button on the attached cord. If you press this button one time, it will change from a red non-flashing light > to > a red flashing light.
When flashing, this will mean that the MUTE setting is ON, and that the person on the other side will not be able to hear you until the button is pressed one more time to UNMUTE and turn this setting OFF.
How to Clear your Cache and Cookies for your Internet Browser:
Step 1.) Go to the top right hand corner of your internet browser and Click the 3 Vertical Dots
Step 2.) Click Settings
Step 3.) Click Privacy and security
Step 4.) Click Clear browsing data
Step 5.) Click Clear data
Clearing your cache and cookies will log you out of all site pages so prepare to sign back into everything after cleared.
This will log you out of Singlecomm but will not Clock you out of Novatime.

How to add a Bookmark
Bookmarking a browser page
Right click on the desktop and choose “Display Settings”
Scroll down to where it says multiple displays, click the drop down and select extend these displays. The display will flicker and extend to the second monitor
It will ask if you want to keep changes, choose yes.
You will now have both monitors available for use, however if you are unable to navigate to the other screen in the proper direction, you will need to change where it is positioned in that same menu
At the top of the menu, find the “rearrange your displays” section, both screens will be represented by boxes with numbers that correspond to each, hit “identify” to see which is which, then simply click and drag the box to where each screen is positioned physically on your desk, and hit apply
