Appeasements

What is an appeasement?

⭐ All level Reps are authorized to offer the following appeasements:

(Sup approval not required. *Please see Exceptions to Appeasement Offers prior to proceeding)

Refund Shipping Cost (Ground $7.00/Two-Day $10.00/ Overnight $20.00)
10% Refund - Delay in shipping
15% Refund - Severely upset CS, order discrepancy (very escalated over wrong/missing/damaged order/products)

⭐ All level Reps are required to ask approval from Sups for the following appeasements:

(Sup approval required. *Please see Exceptions to Appeasement Offers prior to proceeding)

- - 20% or more Refund - Needs supervisor approval
  - Refunding full order
  - Gift Cards

Orders including Dyson Products are excluded from this ladder

If an online order has a Dyson Product,

then a appeasement refunds or discounts

is not allowed to be issued to that order.

The purchasing customer can still receive an appeasement, but not in the form of a refund to the order.
