Bluemercury will begin to process your order immediately after you click the CONFIRM ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
The warehouse is not allowing or approving cancellation requests for online orders.
Unfortunately once an order has been purchased it is unable to cancel.
Do not Cancel Orders in Shopify in any status
Canceling an order in shopify will not cancel it in the Warehouse - it will only refund the entire order back to the purchasing payment method and the warehouse will still continue to ship the order out. Resulting in the customer receiving an entire order without being charged for it.
The warehouse is currently not allowing or approving cancellation requests

> Apologize and Advise that our system will not allow cancellations and offer to send a prepaid USPS return label to their email. Once their order has been delivered, the customer can return the order to any store location or can return by mail to receive refund.
> Encourage the customer to purchase at a bluemercury store location near them if needing products sooner and to return delivered package.
If they had a promotional discount code or reward code applied to the order: advise for the customer to call or visit a store and tell the store rep to call us, so a SUP can load a gift card to honor the discount to use while repurchasing.
For customers who have a store near them: Recommend to call or contact the store location before visiting - to ensure their preferred products/gwp/reward are offered, available, and in-stock.
“Returned to logicbroker”
means the refunded item went Out of Stock before the WH could fulfill the order.
(pick the item and pack into order package)
Logicbroker is the Warehouse system refunding for the OOS product and removing it from the packing slip.
