Mindess EDP scientists investigate chocolate with their sense of smell, taste, and touch.
Trying to discern the differences between semi-sweet, bittersweet, milk, white,
and unsweetened was a delicious challenge!
Students then explored the differences between brands of chocolate within the same flavor.
This made for some very interesting discussions about marketing and advertising.
